Back to Work...

I went today but only for 5 hours. I had to be on my antibiotic for 48 hours before I could sit with John. I had a sweet phone call while I was there. I have a job interview on April 22 for Brinks Home Security working in the call center. The pay is FANTASTIC but I will have to work third shift, 9:30pm - 5:30am. But, it shouldn't be too bad as I don't sleep well anymore and usually up at 2-3am every morning. The job is contingent she said until the do my background check, drug test and reference check. I told her no problems there. The training is for 5 weeks and of course I get paid. The give you test and you have to make 95 on them or they will let you go. My daughter's boyfriend just started there 3 weeks ago and he loves it.

Yesterday since I couldn't work I actually got 2 layouts done and 2 cards made. The two layouts that I did are for my All About Me album.

This one is called my Favorite 4's:

Four Movies I Can Watch Over: Fried Green Tomatoes, Green Mile, Weird Science, and Gone With The Wind

Four Favorite Authors: Sophie Kinsella, Jodi Picoult, Diana Gabaldon, and Beverly Lewis.

Four Favorite TV Shows: CST, Criminal Minds, Ghost Whisperer, and Two And A Half Men

Four Things I Collect: Teddy Bears, Teacups & Saucers, Postcards, and Hard Rock Cafe Pins

Four Favorite Places: Disney World, Grand Caymans, London, England and Dublin, Ireland

Four Favorite Foods; Baked Beans, Fried Green Tomatoes, anything Mexican and anything Italian

Four Favorite Things To Do: Scrapbooking, Genealogy, Reading, and Cross Word Puzzles

This layout is the 5 Things I Have 2 Have. And those are 1. Laptop, 2. Mountain Dew, 3. Scrapbooking Magazines, 4. Cellphone and 5. Flip Flops

Now for the 2 cards I made. This first one is a card that I made for my cousin that I just found out he got married. I used the new paper called "Sugared" from BasicGrey and also used the embellishments that went with it.

The last card I made for my mom and I'm not exactly crazy about it except for I love the paper. It is some Kara sent me to use. And the butterfly is one of several this lady sent me.

Awesome layouts. I love the paper you used hehe.

And I know you'll kick butt on the Brinks interview. That's crappy about the schedule though. When will I talk to you? :(

Congrats though and good luck on the interview.
