Our House Should Be...

I swear, I think our house is so filled with viruses and bugs. So, I get over my surgery and than two weeks later I get the Pink Eye and than last Friday my husband goes to the doctor and he has bronchitis and quite possibly viral pneumonia. Well, they just called him on Friday to let him know that he did have pneumonia. And guess who is sick again? Me...I started coughing really bad on Thursday and it is only getting worse. I coughed so much my chest and neck muscles hurt.

I've not done much around here but just play with the grandbaby and I did finish my recipe swap. I did a Pea Salad...now don't go saying, ewww! This salad is really good and I even know a few folks who tried it and like it and they don't like peas.

I have to tell a little story on my grandbaby. Pops bought some Zebra Little Debbie Cakes at Wal-Mart on Friday and I gave one to B yesterday. After I took it out of the wrap and gave it to him he said, "Nanna, we eating Marty." For those of you that don't know who Marty is, he is the zebra on the animated movie Madagascar. Anyway, I thought that was pretty observant for a 2.5 year old.
